SHIPPING POLICY

We offer fast and convenient same day shipping. Cut off time is 12pm EST Monday-Friday.  After 12pm EST orders ship next day. We ship on business days only (Monday-Friday).

International shipments are responsible for custom taxes and duties upon delivery. 

Pre-order items are made to purchase and may take up to 3 days to be shipped.

You can expect to receive your items in 3-6 business days. 

All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis. In the event an order is found to be fraudulent your order will be canceled and charges filed to the card will be refunded.

Baddie Hair Collection LLC is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Order insurance is available for purchase. Claims related to lost packages, for which the carrier supplies photographic proof of delivery, cannot be guaranteed.
